Sean designed a health and nutrition plan specifically for my goals. As of week 5, day 2, I am feeling more energized, sleep better, and can visibility notice my body composition changes. Additionally, the meal plan fits into my food restrictions (I have 13 food allergies). I haven't felt this good in years and am confident I'll reach my goal of a sub-2 hour half-marathon in September.
